Wild Healing is about You
Who you are really, when you peel away the layers of your life’s experience. It is about the recovery of your truest (Wild) Self.
I am inspired by the natural world and the way it can teach, guide and heal. It reminds us to be present and live with awareness. It shows us that there is always wonder in the life around us, if we choose to see it. It reflects back to us our many qualities, helps direct us to the answers we are looking for and teaches us that through connectedness, we can find wellbeing, happiness and belonging.
I provide psychotherapy and coaching based on this philosophy, to support people in healing past wounds, release damaging patterns or self-beliefs, get in touch with who they truly are and what they truly want, and move towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I am interested in your mindful wellness, the emotional and soulful healing you may need, how consciously you engage in your relationships and how you feel about yourself. I pay attention to what you are bringing, utilising holistic healing, personal development, positive psychology and nature-based therapy alongside more traditional psychotherapeutic and coaching approaches, depending on where you are on your journey.
Now more than ever we are seeking meaningful ways of being; with ourselves and with the world around us. This begins by reaching deeply into yourself, and falling in love with what you find.
