Are you disconnected from nature, yourself, or both?

Our full and half-day retreats offer a mindful moment to prioritise your wellness and well-being and tune back in; inviting you to indulge in some wholesome goodness whilst cradled in the welcoming arms of nature.

No two retreat experiences are ever the same. In the same way that nature is always changing (one of my favourite things about it), there are always exciting new discoveries to be made and wonderful new moments in which to delight. 

On your retreat


I am an experienced facilitator and meditation teacher, and as both a coach and psychotherapist I am able to guide you forwards, backwards and, most importantly, inwards.

We will work intuitively, creatively and experientially, and will take some time outside to allow nature to work its magic. It is within this slowness that whatever it is that you need, can find its way to you. I will facilitate every moment of the retreat, supporting you in exploring and noticing what may be coming up or being shown to us. 

This time is for You, your soul-care, and whatever else you need. 

You will leave feeling nourished, revitalised and deeply reconnected; reminded of what feels good to you, who you are, and ready for your return to the real world with a renewed sense of eager anticipation.

The details:

We will begin with an in-depth consultation so I can understand what you would like to get out of your experience. From there I will design your day uniquely for you, making all the arrangements so that all you need to do is turn up. I will then be on-hand for one week following the retreat to support you in anything you need, from questions to celebrations.

Our full and half-day retreats are held at The Bury, a beautiful eighteenth century farmhouse set in picturesque surroundings in Hertfordshire, half an hour outside of London. It is a peaceful and secluded place surrounded by trees and fields, where you can feel safe and held and we can work in elegant comfort whilst embraced by all that nature has to offer.

Bringing people closer to them Selves, by bringing them closer to nature


I am so inspired by the natural world and the way it can teach, guide and heal. It reminds us to be present and live with awareness. It shows us that there is always wonder in the life around us, if we choose to see it.

It reflects back to us our many qualities, helps direct us to the answers we are looking for and teaches us that through connectedness, we can find well-being, happiness and belonging.

Nature has the most amazing ability to slow everything down; something so many of us find difficult to do. It is often within the demands of our busy lives that we can lose our sense of direction and purpose for being.

Nature can provide a pause; stillness to clear away the noise, space to take a breath, calming perspective in which to reflect and re-set.

Our retreats intend to give you a bit of that.
